Ways to Purchase Tickets

On the Internet - Tickets may be purchased online through this Web site. We offer secure online transactions with credit card numbers protected through PayPal credit card processing. There is a $6.95 service fee to cover the cost of US Postal Service Certified Mail for delivery of tickets, for online orders. There is an additional 3% charge for credit card orders.

By Mail - Make your check payable to Carousel Pinoy Entertainment and mail your ticket request to: Tiketan Online, c/o Carousel Pinoy Entertainment, 26 Pulaski Place, Hackensack, NJ 07601. Tickets will be sent via Certified Mail; please add $6.95 service fee to cover cost of US Postal Service, allow 2 to 3 days for delivery after payment has been processed.

By Phone - All orders may be placed by calling 201-641-2726, 24/7 and if unable to speak to any of our associates, just leave a message and we'll return your call.

Payment Options

Tiketan Online accepts cash, checks (until 10 days prior to a performance), and secure online credit card processing through PayPal (please have your credit card ready). All ticket sales are final. There is a $6.95 service fee to cover the cost of Certified Mail delivery, for all online ticket orders. There is an additional 3% charge for credit card orders.

Refund policy

Please safeguard your tickets. Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. Tickets are valid only for the event and seats for which they are issued. There are no refunds or exchanges for unused tickets. Tickets are not for resale.
