To all Producers/Promoters and Patrons
of Carousel Pinoy Entertainment:
Please be advised that in order for a producer
or a promoter to continue free postings on the site, we will require every
producer to fill out the Carousel Pinoy Entertainment Registration /
Membership Form (Please click Registration/Membership form below)
and provide us legitimate details about your company. A yearly registration
fee of $75 is also required before a producer can post their upcoming
concerts. The free posting will include complete information about your shows
(This will be provided by you). Please note that any misrepresentation will
be dealt with accordingly and will result in your future shows being banned
from posting on our website. We reserve the right to decline any request
for posting. Please advise us of any typographical errors or omissions.
Please note that we may still post some upcoming
projects/concerts of unregistered promoters, but these listings will be limited
to artist name, city, and date of show. They will not include links to posters
or other promotional materials, ticket prices or contact information. The
legitimacy and validity of the concert to be posted will only be validated
to the public after registering with PEPA. Also, please note that the
homepage/events page of the site are still available for space advertisements
(please see advertising rates) and will be available not only for producers
/promoters but to all patrons willing to support the existence of the site
in the United States and Canada.

What will I get for the $75 yearly
registration/membership fee?
1. You will enjoy the benefits of having your
event/shows widely advertised through the Internet to our Pinoy Kababayan
in different cities in the U.S.A. and in Canada.
2. Free postings of your concerts & events,
as many as you may have, on the Upcoming Shows/Events page of our official
web directory at http://www.carouselpinoy.com/ for one whole year and you
may renew membership for as long as you may wish as a registered member,
but we reserved the right to decline at our discretion.
3. To have a broader exposure of your events/shows
and get additional worldwide advertising through the Internet you may also
avail as a registered member by selling tickets of your shows/events through
our www.tiketanonline.com. Please make arrangements and call @ 201.886.1705

4. Access to current roster of producer/promoter
members in the U.S.A. and Canada and updated listing of upcoming shows/concerts
and events in different cities, as per request.
5. You will have access to our PEPA web site
(under construction) which will serve as a forum to express your views and
opinions and to discuss and resolve any issues that may arise.
6. As a registered member you may seek and
we will be glad to extend our help for free counseling, through our Ethics
Committee, any grievances against any producers or entities you may encounter
as a concert producer/promoter.
7. You will be invited to attend semi-annual
meetings/conferences which will be announced to every member in the future
which will feature well-known guest speakers from different sectors here
and from the Philippines in the entertainment industry.
