Lani Misalucha Performing At Thunder Valley Casino Resort

Lincoln, CA – Asia’s Nightingale, Lani Misalucha, the Filipino US-based singer, will be gracing the stage at the Thunder Valley Casino Resort Indoor Showroom – Pano Hall on Saturday, November 27th at 9pm.

Lani’s large vocal range has been frequently compared to those of popular divas such as Whitney Houston, Barbra Streisand, and Celine Dion. She has a commanding stage presence and possesses a comedic flair that attracts a variety of audiences.

Born in Manila, Philippines, Lani made her mark as a major Filipino artist when her first album earned Record of the Year honors in 1996 followed by successive awards and nominations including Best Ballad Recording, Best Pop Vocal Performance, and Artist of the Year. Lani’s extraordinary vocal range has been frequently compared to those of popular divas such as Whitney Houston, Barbra Streisand, and Celine Dion. She has a commanding stage presence and possesses a comedic flair that attracts a variety of audiences.

Now popularly known as the “Siren of the Strip,” Lani’s 2004 debut in Las Vegas in 2004 started with extended stints at Bally’s and Flamingo hotels. In 2008, she was hailed Best Singer by the Las Vegas Review Journal’s Annual Best of Las Vegas. Lani was one of the first Asian performers to headline in the Main Showroom of the Las Vegas Strip, performing with Hawaii’s Society of Seven at the Jubilee Theatre of Bally’s. Lani is currently on a seven month US-Canada and Philippine tour, and come 2011, the acclaimed singer will return to the Philippines to hold shows in select cities.

The newly remodeled and expanded entertainment, dining and hotel resort is Northern California’s first casino offering all the elements of real Las Vegas-style gaming: service, cuisine and entertainment in an outstanding facility.
